·          Urgent: RYLA

RYLA will be April 29 to May 2 - earlier than in past years - and clubs need to begin looking for candidates without delay as the initial deadline for applications is February 26. With both Adventures and RYLA having limited spaces and filling up early, we need to start our search as soon as possible. We can nominate two candidates (preferably one male and one female) up to the initial deadline, after which candidates are accepted on a first come basis.

The fee is still $375 per candidate and will be picked up by our club. They need a completed application and payment for registration. For an application, go to the district web site or contact Dave Tracey.

Note from your president:

This is a great day for our new board members and committee chairs to get a first had look at what the district has in store for us this year. At last years assembly, La Conner had a representative present for every avenue of service listed above. What a great turn out, so let's do it again this year. Please mark your calendar and plan on attending this informative event. Payment is covered under our continuing education budget.

Please take a minute to register on line at the District web site, www.clubrunner.ca/dprg/dxhome/dxeventstab/_eventitem.aspx?did=5050&index=4253&linkcat=5&dir=f&tail=0

Thanks, David
