International Project - Copan, Honduras - IPA

We are heading into the second year of international projects in Copan, Honduras. The International Project Alliance started with six Rotary clubs here in the Skagit Valley and this year has grown to 10. It allows for the ability to apply for larger grants at both the District and Rotary International levels allowing for larger projects to be tackled.
